Tidva also offers in-app account deletion. If you cannot access the app or would prefer to contact support directly, you can request account deletion using the form below or by emailing support@tidva.com.
What to include
- The email address used for your Tidva account
- Your name
- Any useful context such as family owner, co-parent, or guardian status
Request form
Requests are sent to support@tidva.com. If you still have app access, the in-app delete account option is usually the fastest route.
