Tidva Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 June 2026

These terms apply to Tidva - Shared Parenting on Android. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

About Tidva

Tidva is a shared parenting app designed to help families organise day-to-day family life calmly and fairly across two homes.

Accounts and family access

Each user must create their own account. Family access is controlled by the family owner, invite codes, and role-based permissions. Users must not share access with anyone who has not been properly invited.

Purchases

Tidva is free to download. The family owner may be offered a one-time Family Setup Unlock purchase inside the app to enable shared invites for that family. Co-parent and trusted guardian access depends on that family unlock.

Acceptable use

No legal advice

Tidva is an organisational tool only. It does not provide legal advice, mediation, safeguarding advice, or court guidance. Users remain responsible for their own parenting decisions and legal obligations.

Availability of service

Tidva aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, changed, improved, or removed over time.

Privacy and deletion

Use of Tidva is also governed by the Privacy Policy at https://tidva.com/privacy.html. Account deletion information is available at https://tidva.com/delete-account.html.
